Description

Lobsters are a family of large marine custaceans, most with sharp powerful claws.  They are mainly dark in colour, bluish green or brown and blend in with the ocean floor. Lobsters are a very popular food and have been eaten by humans since prehistoric times.  They feed on small fish, mollusks and other bottow dwelling invertabrates along with seaweed.

They can be found worldwide.
