Description
Wombats are short legged marsupials that are native to Australia. They are around 1 metre in length with small stubby tails and weigh between 20 – 35 kilos. They dig burrows with their front teeth and powerful claws. Their diet is mainly made up of grasses, herbs and barks.
Wombats are exclusive to Australia.
